Battery NEVER fully charges and if disconnected from charging adapter it only remain 'ON' for a few minutes. Also, the back cover holding the battery constantly falls off.

I like this Product. i think it is great. i had the 280 handheld. and had problems. so i decided to get the 420p and so far im loving it. the keyboard is a little hard to get use to. thats y it has a usb to hook it up on the computer! thats another reasion its good. im not sure if i like the battery in it maybe they can make a upgrated one for it. so dont think twice if your deciding to buy 1. this is the best 1 out there. so far. and i like the lableing system for bar codes.

easy to use as soon as the battery was charged. makes clear sharp labels. Easy to navigate symbols, capital letters vs lower case labels. Buttons are pretty much intuitive. Great product. Made bunches of labels and they stick well even when I got one on crooked and took it off and stuck it back on again.
